Blue Lens Studio provides the following professional services:

  • Photography & Videography (Events, Portraits, Products, Commercials, etc.)

  • Graphic Design (Branding, Marketing Materials, Logos, etc.)

  • Web Design (Custom Websites, UI/UX, Landing Pages, etc.)

  • Social Media Content Creation

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

2. Booking & Payments

2.1 Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of [70%] is required to secure any booking.

  • Full payment is due before project delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept : Zelle, CashApp etc.

2.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least [3 days] before the scheduled service.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require an additional fee.

  • No-shows will forfeit their deposit.

3. Project Timelines & Delivery

3.1 Photography & Videography

  • Edited images and videos will be delivered within [3 - 5 days ] after the shoot.

  • Raw files are not included unless agreed upon in writing.

3.2 Graphic & Web Design

  • The estimated project timeline will be outlined in the contract.

  • Client revisions are limited to 5 rounds. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

  • Web design projects include a [20-day] free post-launch support period.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

4.1 Ownership of Work

  • Photography & Videography: Blue Lens Studio retains the copyright to all images/videos unless explicitly transferred in writing.

  • Graphic & Web Design: Final designs will be owned by the client upon full payment, but we may showcase work in our portfolio.

  • Unauthorized resale, distribution, or modification of our work is strictly prohibited.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:
✔️ Provide accurate project details and expectations.
✔️ Supply necessary materials (logos, brand guidelines, website content, etc.) in a timely manner.
✔️ Review drafts and provide feedback within the agreed-upon timeframe.
✔️ Obtain permissions for any third-party content used in projects.

Failure to provide necessary information may result in delays or additional charges.

6. Refund & Satisfaction Policy

  • Due to the nature of creative work, all sales are final once a project has been delivered.

  • Refunds are only issued in cases where Blue Lens Studios is unable to fulfill a project due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If you are not satisfied with the final product, we will make reasonable revisions within the agreed terms.
